Terms of Service

All services provided by expert IT Solution – (“Expert IT Solution –”) may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any Pakistan’s federal, province or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless “Expert IT Solution –” from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to Expert IT Solution –’ servers, or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Examples of unacceptable content or links:

hacker programs or archives
Warez sites


Traffic Usage
All account plans come with a predetermined amount of traffic allowance.

We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of Expert IT Solution – is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be cancelled without chance of refund.

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.

All sub-networks, distributive hosting sites and dedicated servers of Expert IT Solution – must adhere to the above policies, with the exception of system resources in respect to dedicated servers.

By the Account Activation Date of each month, Expert IT Solution – shall either:

(1) debit the client’s credit card (when such information has been provided by the client); or

(2) Deliver, by e-mail or regular mail, an invoice in accordance with the applicable Service Fees for services rendered for the current month. Invoices are generated 14 days prior to the Account Activation Date, and payment shall be remitted to Expert IT Solution – by no later than the specified payment due date. Expert IT Solution – shall be entitled to immediately terminate this agreement for client’s failure to make timely payments. Credit cards can billed automatically unless a direct request is made to our Billing team via the Manager™ not to do so, at least 48hours prior to the payment due date. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have sufficient credit to cover this transaction. In the event that there is insufficient credit, we will send an e-mail notification, at which point another payment method must be provided within 24 hours. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the account, and all accounts under that account plan, can be suspended.

Invoices not paid before or on the due date for each service will incur a late fee of 10% of the total amount due or left unpaid on the invoice

Service Suspension and Termination
Invoices are issued 14 days prior to the applicable due date for each active service.
After the due date is passed without a payment being received and an invoice marked as PAID, a first warning e-mail will be sent.
Failure to pay within 24hours will result in a second and final suspension warning e-mail.
On midnight (EST) of the 3rd day after the due date, services may be suspended at any time, and any payment MUST be communicated to a support agent to avoid suspension. If suspension occurs, a suspension notification is sent via e-mail, at which point full service termination may happen within 48hours of the suspension e-mail.
-Expert IT Solution – does not guarantee that your service may be recuperated after termination and may not be held liable for loss of data, licensing rights, promotional prices or conditions, as well as any attached devices or secondary IP addresses following service termination.

Service Fees
Certain services carry a setup fee charged by Expert IT Solution – to client, which must be paid by client in order to have use of said services. If client terminates this agreement, client shall be responsible for any and all outstanding fees owed to Expert IT Solution – and agrees to pay any and all fees incurred by client. Because the services are provided on a monthly basis, the client will be responsible for service fees incurred each month, regardless of when client provides notice of termination. Thus, for example, if the client provides notice of termination on the 15th day of a particular month, the client will be responsible for service fees for the entire month, and such fees will not be pro-rated or refunded.

Fraud and payment verification
Upon receiving a new customer’s first paid order, Expert IT Solution – reserves the right to issue an Order Verification e-mail, requesting further information in order to validate your account. Until all required information is provided and deemed satisfactory by our fraud verification team, no services or support can be provided. The 3 business day delivery guarantee starts after the verification step is passed. Verification is not necessary for all orders, and can only requested on your very first paid order.
Money back guarantee & refund policy

We offer a 10 day Money back policy for undelivered servers. This does not apply to purchases made with a discount of 15% or more. These purchases are final, and nonrefundable.
Refunds: If client has retained the services for longer than one month and has pre-paid Expert IT Solution – for such services, refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the lease, as your purchase benefits from a long-term rebate. Therefore, if a client’s account is cancelled at any point during a 3month, 6month or one-year term, the client will not be entitled to a refund for the months remaining.
Trial periods 
We do not offer trial periods of any kind for dedicated servers. Abusing our 10 day refund policy in order to test our services then get a refund is not acceptable, and no refunds will be made without proper justification, or failure on Expert IT Solution –’s behalf to provide the services purchased.
NB: Adherence to the Priority or VIP support plans is not refundable under any circumstance. We also will not refund servers mistakenly purchased in the wrong location; this includes servers purchased in a geo-located city as this information is made clearly available for all such cities.
General Refund guidelines
We will not refund or credit under the following circumstances:
-Geo-location or mistake in location
-Failing to ask a question on the nature of our services, or a particular spec or configuration.
-Account termination or suspension due to non-following of our Terms of Service.
-Account termination or suspension due to any kind of illegal activity.
-Service termination or suspension due to non-payment, or late payment of any services, licenses, or add-ons attached to said services
-Changing your mind!

We reserve the final decision on refunds, based on the situation and reason for cancellation. The general rule is, if there is an issue on your server, our staff will dedicate themselves to fixing it. Any delays that prevent you from using your server will be credited, and issues that we are simply unable to solve will be refunded. It is important to note that refund requests based on information that was included in the terms of service or clearly available on our website will always be refused. The best example of this is if you have purchased a server that is geo-located and needed a server that is physically available. Please issue a request to our support staff before making such a purchase, if you are unsure.


About Datacenter locations
While most of our announced locations are where the datacenters are, reserves the right to setup a server in any location . You may obtain the exact datacenter location upfront by contacting our support team.


Account Deactivations
Any account deactivated due to non-payment will require a reactivation fee of $20.00 prior to reactivation.

Cancellation Refunds
We DO NOT refund partial monthly fees to accounts. We require a 17 days’ notice for a cancellation applicable from June 6, 2015.

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability
Expert IT Solution – shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from Expert IT Solution – ‘ servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, Expert IT Solution – shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of Expert IT Solution – ‘ servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.

Violations of these Acceptable Use Policies should be referred to All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

As our hosting services are solely self-managed, the customer is fully responsible for data backup. Expert IT Solution – cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss, nor can Expert IT Solution – be held accountable for any loss on projected income due to system down time, crashes, or data loss. Certain services provided by Expert IT Solution – are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software and programming provided by Expert IT Solution – are not directly owned or written by Expert IT Solution – Moreover, Expert IT Solution – holds no responsibility for the use of our client accounts. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question. We reserve the right to remove any account, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as Expert IT Solution – sees fit.

Account Activation
By activating your account with Expert IT Solution –, you agree to the above policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting activation of an account, you are required to accept these policies, guidelines and disclaimer, and a copy of your acceptance is forwarded along with your activation request to be maintained with your account information.

NOTICE: If you sign up for an account and fail to comply with these terms, no refunds will be given. We will, however, advise you by e-mail or phone prior to taking any action to provide you with an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Server Uptime Guarantee
Expert IT Solution – guarantees 99.99% service (http, ftp, pop, imap, smtp) uptime in Tier 1 locations only. Should we fail to deliver this for any given calendar month, your account will be refunded a pro-rated amount for the duration of the excess downtime, as per our Service Level Agreement.

Expert IT Solution – reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimer without notification. We also retain the right to increase any pricing and make changes to our account plans without notification. We will not however increase active account plans without reasonable justification, usually due to changes in said account plan. It is client responsibility to read our terms, conditions, policies etc frequently for any update.

Acceptable Usage Policy

As a provider of web site hosting and other Internet-related services, Expert IT Solution – offers its customer (also known as “Subscribers”) and their customers and users the means to acquire and disseminate a wealth of public, private, commercial and non-commercial information. Expert IT Solution – respects that the Internet provides a forum for free and open discussion and dissemination of information. However, when there are competing interests at issue, Expert IT Solution – reserves the right to take certain preventive or corrective actions. In order to protect these competing interests, Expert IT Solution – has developed an Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), which supplements and explains certain terms of each customer’s respective service agreement, and is intended as a guide to the customer’s rights and obligations when using Expert IT Solution –’ services. This AUP will be revised from time to time.

One important aspect of the Internet is that no one party owns or controls it. This fact accounts for much of the Internet’s openness and value, but it also places a high premium on the judgment and responsibility of those who use it, both in the information they acquire and in the information they disseminate to others. When subscribers obtain information through the Internet, they must keep in mind that Expert IT Solution – cannot monitor, verify, warrant or vouch for the accuracy and quality of the information they acquire. For this reason, the subscriber must exercise his or her best judgment in relying on information obtained from the Internet, and also should be aware that some material posted to the Internet may be sexually explicit or otherwise offensive. Because Expert IT Solution – cannot monitor or censor the Internet, and will not attempt to do so, Expert IT Solution – cannot accept any responsibility for injury to its subscribers resulting from inaccurate, unsuitable, offensive or illegal Internet communications.

When subscribers disseminate information from the Internet, they must keep in mind that Expert IT Solution – does not review, edit, censor or take responsibility for any information its subscribers may create. When users place information on the Internet, they have the same liability as other authors for copyright infringement, defamation and other harmful speech. Also, because the information created is carried over Expert IT Solution –’ network and may reach a large number of people, including both subscribers and non-subscribers of Expert IT Solution –, subscribers’ postings to the Internet may affect other subscribers and may affect Expert IT Solution –’ goodwill, business, reputation or operations. For these reasons, subscribers violate Expert IT Solution – policy and the Service Agreement when they, their customers, affiliates or subsidiaries engage in the following prohibited activities:

Sending unsolicited bulk and/or commercial information over the Internet. It is not only harmful because of its negative impact on consumer attitudes toward Expert IT Solution –, but also because it can overload Expert IT Solution –’ network and disrupt service to Expert IT Solution –’ subscribers. Also, maintaining an open SMTP relay is prohibited. When a complaint is received, Expert IT Solution – will investigate and shutdown the account that is Spamming. A $250 charge for violating this policy will be charged to the person initiating the SPAM. Furthermore Expert IT Solution – reserves the right to prosecute for this violation. A $1.00 charge will be assessed PER EMAIL sent should Expert IT Solution – choose to pursue and prosecute.

Adult-Oriented Content: 
Expert IT Solution – requires to be notified may you wish to provide adult content, whether it be images, video, games, audio or software. Your intent to do so must be stated prior to, or at the time of purchase. Failure to comply may result in your account being suspended/terminated without notice.

Obscene Speech or Materials:
Using Expert IT Solution –’ network to advertise, transmit, store, post, display, or otherwise make available child pornography or obscene speech or material is prohibited. Expert IT Solution – is required by law to notify law enforcement agencies when it becomes aware of the presence of child pornography on or being transmitted through its network.

Defamatory or Abusive Language:
Using Expert IT Solution –’ network as a means to transmit or post negative, defamatory, harassing, abusive or threatening language.

Forging of Headers:
Forging or misrepresenting message headers, whether in whole or in part, to mask the originator of the message.

Illegal or Unauthorized Access to Other Computers or Networks: 
Accessing, illegally or without authorization, computers, accounts or networks belonging to another party, or attempting to penetrate security measures of another individual’s system (often known as “hacking”). Also, any activity that may be used as a precursor to an attempted system penetration (i.e., port scan, stealth scan or other information-gathering activity).

Distribution of Internet Viruses, Worms, Trojan Horses or Other Destructive Activities:
Distributing information regarding the creation of and sending Internet viruses, worms, Trojan horses, pinging, flooding, mail bombing or denial of service attacks. Also, activities that disrupt the use of or interfere with the ability of others to effectively use the network or any connected network, system, service or equipment.

Facilitation a Violation of this AUP:
Advertising, transmitting or otherwise making available any software, program, product or service that is designed to violate this AUP, which includes the facilitation of the means to spam, initiation of pinging, flooding, mail bombing, denial of service attacks and piracy of software.

Export Control Violations:
Exporting encryption software over the Internet or otherwise, to points outside the United States.

Usenet Groups:
Expert IT Solution – reserves the right not to accept postings from newsgroups where we have actual knowledge that the content of the newsgroup violates the AUP.

Other Illegal Activities: 
Engaging in activities that are determined to be illegal, including, but not limited to, advertising, transmitting or otherwise making available Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards and pirating software.

Other Activities: 
Engaging in activities, whether lawful or unlawful, that Expert IT Solution – determines to be harmful to its subscribers, operations, and reputation, goodwill or customer relations.

As we have pointed out, the responsibility for avoiding harmful activities just described rests primarily with the subscriber. Expert IT Solution – will not, as an ordinary practice, monitor the communications of its subscribers to ensure that the comply with Expert IT Solution –’ policy or applicable law. However, when Expert IT Solution – becomes aware of harmful activities, it may take any action to stop the harmful activity, including, but not limited to, removal of information, shutting down a web site, implementing screening software designed to block offending transmissions, denying access to the Internet, or any other action deemed appropriate by Expert IT Solution –

Expert IT Solution – is also aware that many of its subscribers are themselves providers of Internet services, and that information reaching Expert IT Solution –’ facilities from those subscribers may have originated from a customer of the subscriber or from another third party. Expert IT Solution – does not require its subscribers who offer Internet services to monitor or censor transmissions or web sites created by customers of its subscribers. Expert IT Solution – reserves the right to directly take action against a customer of its subscribers. Also, Expert IT Solution – may take action against the Expert IT Solution –’ subscriber because of activities of a customer of the subscriber, even though the action may affect other customers of the subscriber. Similarly, Expert IT Solution – anticipates that subscribers who offer Internet services will cooperate with Expert IT Solution – in any corrective or preventive action that Expert IT Solution – deems necessary. Failure to cooperate with such corrective or preventive measures is a violation of Expert IT Solution – policy.

Expert IT Solution – will not intentionally monitor private electronic mail messages sent or receive by its subscribers, unless required to do so by law, governmental authority or when public safety is at stake. Expert IT Solution – may, however, monitor its service electronically to determine that its facilities are operating satisfactorily. Also, Expert IT Solution – may disclose information, including, but not limited to, information concerning a subscriber, a transmission made using our network, or a web site, in order to comply with a court order, subpoena, summons, discovery request, warrant, statute, regulation or governmental request. Expert IT Solution – assumes no obligation to inform the subscriber that subscriber information has been provided and, in some cases, may be prohibited by law from giving such notice. Finally, Expert IT Solution – may disclose subscriber information or information transmitted over its network where necessary to protect Expert IT Solution – and others from harm, or where such disclosure is necessary to the proper operation of the system. However, Expert IT Solution – will never sell information to other services or outside companies.

Expert IT Solution – expects that its subscribers who provide Internet services to others will comply fully with all applicable laws concerning the privacy of online communications. A subscriber’s failure to comply with those laws will violate Expert IT Solution – policy. Finally, Expert IT Solution – wishes to emphasize that, in signing the Service Agreement, subscribers indemnify Expert IT Solution – for any violation of the Service Agreement, law or Expert IT Solution – policy resulting in loss to Expert IT Solution – or the bringing of any claim against Expert IT Solution – by any third party. This means that, if Expert IT Solution – is sued because of a subscriber’s or customer of a subscriber’s activity, the subscriber will be responsible for payment of any damages awarded against Expert IT Solution –, plus costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.

We hope this AUP is helpful in clarifying the obligations of Internet users, including Expert IT Solution – and its subscribers, as responsible members of the Internet. Any complaints about a subscriber’s violation of this AUP should be sent to here

What is Geo-localization?

Geo-localization is a technology used to assign IP’s to a server different than where the server physically is. Some of the specs you see on our dedicated server pages have this mention, indicating that the physical location of the server may differ from the one you are viewing. This allows us to offer better deals, better specs for lower costs, in areas where the prices would normally be considerably higher. Please note that we do offer servers that are physically available in all of our locations, but a custom quote request must be made prior to purchase, by contacting our support team.

Server Delivery Times

Servers are usually delivered between 1-3 business days from payment confirmation*.

The day of your payment does not count as a business day.
*A payment is considered confirmed once fraud check has been passed successfully. Most of the time this is done instantly. We reserve the right to request proof of identity if we receive indication from one of our payment processors that a transaction appears to be fraudulent before proceeding with server delivery. This process is by-passed for returning customers after one successful payment.


All servers are self-managed. We do not do any custom installations, or bug-fixing, but our support team will gladly advise you and make recommendations on any issue encountered in your installations. All network and hardware related issues, as well as billing, disputes, cancellation and reboot requests will however be handled promptly by our staff. If you are unsure whether a particular task would be handled, or if you would like to inquire about obtaining managed services for a particular location, don’t hesitate to submit a ticket outlining your request. We may at times offer custom solutions outside of this general rule.

Phone and ticket support hours

You may leave a message to both the phone and ticket support systems 24/7, 365 days, however our active time are as follows:
Phone: 10am to 6pm Eastern Atlantic Time (GMT +5), Mon-Fri
Ticket: 6am to 10pm Eastern Atlantic Time (GMT +5), Mon-Sun

-Our head office for support is located in Lahore Pakistan.
-While we do offer phone support, we have more staff responding to tickets than phone calls and encourage you to use that system for faster and more detailed answers.
Generally, technical support requests should be addressed to the e-mail/ticket system, as most of the phone staff are essentially on the Sales team and will have limited knowledge on technical issues, redirecting you to the ticket system in the end.
-Note that our staff is limited during the week-end and Holidays. Answers will still be made in order of arrival, but may take a little longer to process, depending on the amount of requests received.
-For faster, around the clock support, you may want to subscribe to one of our advanced support plans.

Ticket support ETA’s

The ticket system is enabled 24/7. This does not mean that you will receive an immediate response. Tickets are treated in order of arrival and of latest answer. This means that frequently “bumping” your ticket by repeated queries will potentially slow down your response time. Please note that tickets are not to be seen as live chat, and immediate responses are very rare. Our support staff is most active during the above hours, but we will frequently extend those hours when the need arises.
Re-installation Fees

Unless your server comes with one of our management consoles (limited to very few locations), an OS re-installation fee of $25 will be charged at our discretion.


Licenses and panels

When you purchase a server from, you have the option of choosing a Linux or Windows install, as well as multitude of control panels. Some of these add-ons have a cost attached to them, while others don’t. As a general rule:
-If you are opting for a Linux distribution, there are no OS costs whatsoever. Any costs incurred are for extra panels, which will then come with an activated license.
-If you are opting for a Windows OS, you are paying for the Windows License. Any control panels you select will usually come unlicensed, and you must obtain said licenses  from us by support ticket.

These Special Conditions supplement the Expert it solution General Conditions (the “General Conditions”) and are intended to set out the conditions for booking IP address resources from the Supplier. Requests for and use of these resources are subject to full acceptance of these Special Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Special Conditions and the General Conditions, these Special Conditions shall prevail.



Additional IP addresses shall be ordered by the Customer having at least one Expert it solution dedicated server, at any time directly through the Customer’s management interface. Each Expert it solution dedicated server can be allocated a set number of additional IP addresses. The limits are defined and accessible on the Supplier’s website. The beta-test Expert it solution dedicated servers are not compatible with the Service. Any additional IP address is automatically included within the monthly invoicing cycle of the Expert it solution dedicated server to which it is allocated. In addition, the Customer shall be invoiced for each additional IP address when it renews the said Expert it solution dedicated server. The Customer configures the parameters for use of its additional addresses using its management interface. The Customer can change the Expert it solution dedicated server for which it wants to associate a resource, and, unless otherwise set out in these Special Conditions, can release any IP addresses that it believes it no longer needs.


The Customer can, if it so wishes, then counted in the maximum number of IP addresses that can be associated with the relevant Expert it solution dedicated server. The Supplier will verify that the allocation of the additional IP address of the original Expert it solution dedicated server is performed by the Customer who is the administrator for Expert it solution dedicated server. The Customer acknowledges that the number of additional IP addresses that can be assigned to Expert it solution dedicated servers is limited. These limits are available on the EIS website, or by support ticket knowledgebase and or directly from the Customer’s Management Interface.


EIS undertakes to use all due care and effort to ensure successful provision of the Customer’s IP addresses on the Expert it solution dedicated server(s) determined by the Customer. EIS undertakes to provide unlisted IP addresses and, in the event that such addresses have been listed when used by a previous customer, EIS shall take all due care to delist the address, or, failing this, to provide new IP addresses after five working days without obtaining such delisting.


EIS shall block any IP address allocated to the Customer if it constitutes a risk to the security of EIS’s platform, whether as a consequence of a malicious act or following detection of a flaw in the system’s security. Likewise, EIS can block and withdraw all of the Customer’s IP addresses if these contractual conditions are not complied with. EIS excludes all liability regarding the use made by the Customer of the IP addresses allocated to it by EIS. The Customer retains sole liability in the event of unlawful, fraudulent use of IP addresses that it owns. EIS undertakes to implement the technical resources necessary to protect the IP addresses of the Customers in particular when they are victims of software attacks. Such protection does not in any event constitute an obligation to achieve a specific result for EIS, which is only bound by a best-endeavors obligation. EIS retains the right to refuse any application for new resources without needing to justify such refusal to the Customer. Such refusal may be based on many different reasons, such as, but not limited to: non-compliance with the provisions applicable to the allocation of the resources, with EIS contractual terms, IP addresses listed because of the use made of them by the Customer, or lack of available resources.


The Customer undertakes to use the IP address allocated in compliance with the Expert it solution general and special conditions. The Customer shall refrain from sending mass email messages (spamming) through the IP addresses allocated by EIS, or upon failing to achieve this we The Customer shall retain sole liability for the use of the resources that are allocated to it. The IP addresses allocated to the Customer cannot be sold by the Customer to a third party. The Customer shall take care of any application made by a third party relating to the use of an IP address allocated to the Customer. The Customer undertakes to personalize the Reverse of these additional IP addresses.



Each dedicated server delivered with 1 IPv4 IP address. If a server offered by EIS with more than 1  IP addresses, it is decided by EIS to allot IPv4 or IPv6 or combination of both to fulfill the agreement. The customer undertakes to pay first time activation fee for additional IPv4 address(s) included in his package . This activation fee will be charged in next invoice. EIS’s shall terminate FREE IPv4 address if used for unlawful activity or spamming purpose. Customer will not be able to access these IP’s again if terminated for any reason.


The additional IP addresses are signed up to for an undefined period of time with a minimum obligation for one (1) month. The additional IP addresses must be renewed with the Expert it solution dedicated server to which they are allocated. Consequently, they are suspended along with the Expert it solution dedicated server if such service is not renewed. The Customer determines the IP addresses that it wishes to release in its Management interface. The IP addresses are automatically suspended from EIS’s validation of the request for termination by the Customer.


The Customer can terminate the option for additional IP addresses directly through its management interface. When the Customer requests removal of an IP address, EIS shall first check that the IP address does not have a negative reputation. This means that EIS shall check that the IP address has not been blacklisted by an organization well-known for its anti-SPAM protection or anti-fraudulent activities protection (Phishing or malicious files) such as SPAMHAUS or SPAMCOP. In the event that the Customer’s IP address is listed, it is up to the Customer to take all necessary steps with regard to the organization that listed the address to ensure that they delist it. Such operation confirms that the IP address’s reputation is not damaged and that, consequently, it can be reallocated to a new customer. Failing this, it cannot release the listed IP addresses and shall continue to be invoiced for their use. At the same time, the Customer will not be able to ask EIS to allocate any more additional IP addresses.
